Key Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and fully prepared for all game day assignments
- Set up fields before games and reset between games to ensure smooth transitions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized playing environment
- Actively engage with players, coaches, and parents to create a fun, positive atmosphere
- Serve as the primary on-site resource for questions, support, and issue resolution
- Provide on-field support and step in to coach when needed
- Ensure games stay on schedule and run efficiently
- Uphold i9 Sports’ core values of fun, safety, and sportsmanship
Qualifications
- Must be 21+
- Prior baseball experience required, including working with youth athletes
- Coaching or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with players, coaches, and parents
- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to youth sports
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing field setup and breakdown

Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
